We act as competition experts appointed by the Superior Court of Quito (Ecuador) to give our opinion on the dispute between NIFA and Merck Sharp and Dohme, concerning the interpretation of a claim for alleged anti-competitive conduct and injury caused by breach of a promise to execute the sale of a drugs factory.
