We provided technical support for investment climate and adaptation to free trade. We prepared an institutional evaluation of areas of personnel, operational capacity, infrastructure and policy guidelines. The protocols we identified for the implementation of consumer protection and competition policymaking are currently in place, including the manuals for the interpretation of competition regulations.
