Networking

We identify our clients' needs to do business overseas, in unknown or risky environments. Our assistance covers identifying potential trading partners; giving advice on the host country's political risk; assessing the impact of laws and regulations in the business environment; providing strategic judgment for negotiating with local governments; participating in government procurement procedures on behalf of our clients; and giving the legal support necessary to develop a business corporation successfully in the host country.

We offer extensive networking activities connecting our clients with ventures with high potential returns. We identify investors interested in particular ventures with a high innovation and technology expertise to accelerate the growth of innovative SMEs that create sustainable incomes and increase productivity and competitiveness, as for example in the agribusiness or security industries.

We have developed extensive business relations with incubators in the Latin America and Caribbean Region, in places such as Ciudad del Saber in Panama, or Parque Tecnologico. These incubators are spread throughout the Region, and comprise universities, science parks, NGOs, and the private sector. They have partnerships with various organizations with different stakeholders including government agencies, financial institutions and venture capitalists.
